The primary purpose of the human body class is to educate young children about the human body. Each student will have the opportunity to create a full-size tracing of their body and learn about the different parts. They will then cut, color, and paste each part onto the traced body as they discover more about it. At the end of the semester, each student will be able to take home a completed “life-size” body.
Moreover, the class will also cover fun facts about each organ and highlight the superfoods that can empower our incredible bodies. To gain a better understanding of how the organs function, we will create samples of important organs.
By the end of the class, students will have a better understanding of their body and its functions, along with some fun facts and useful tips for maintaining a healthy body.
