Attention all animal enthusiasts! Get ready for an engaging journey in our Zoology class.
Explore the fascinating realms of mammals, reptiles, amphibians, birds, insects, and fish. Dive
into studies on habitats, behaviors, diets, adaptations, and delve into special topics like
endangered species, classification, mimicry, camouflage, ecosystems, and food webs. At the
end of each semester each student will have the opportunity to showcase their newfound
knowledge by presenting their poster board to the class.
With the use of an LCD Digital Microscope in class we’ll zoom in on insects and animal tissues.
We will also take a look at a 4D Vision Anatomy Models of giraffes, horses, dogs, cats,
chickens, sharks, and more.
That’s not all!!! We will examine 35 insect specimens, 9 marine life specimens, and 6 butterfly
specimens preserved in resin
…and much more! Join the adventure!”
