Students will learn a wide range of art mediums, including (but not limited to): acrylic paint on canvas, watercolor, ink printing, color pencils, multimedia and drawing techniques. Drawing inspiration from famous artists like Salvador Dali, Vladmir Kush, and modern artists, students will learn about art history and art techniques. They will be encouraged to think outside the box to broaden their view of art and their own abilities. All artistic levels are welcomed and encouraged! Students will also be taught proper preparation and care of art materials.

All materials fees included, except each student will be required to provide an 8.5”x11” (9”x12” is also ok) sketch book (minimum 100 pages), 36 count Soft-Core Prismacolor Premier pencils, and a drawing pencil set (needs to include HB), Pilot Precise V5 or V7 Ink Pen. (Optional, but highly recommended items: Prismacolor brand pencil sharpener, Pentel Hi-polymer Bock erasers, kneaded rubber eraser)
